How does an online escape room work?
Almost like in a real puzzle room, but can also be played at home: online escape games are a combination of computer game and live escape room. You can expect exciting and tricky puzzles, an interesting story, great voice actors and hand-drawn scenes. The possibilities of the computer and the escape game puzzles online combine to create a completely new experience.
All our games start with brief instructions so that even inexperienced puzzle fans know what to expect. Then it’s straight off to your escape room. Don’t forget to observe the following puzzle rules online for maximum fun:

What is the maximum number of players that can take part?
We recommend our online exit games for groups of 2 or 3 players. Technically speaking, there is hardly a limit – and you all only have to buy one game. The question is, however, what number is still sensible – after all, you all want to get something out of the game. If you coordinate a little, the game is also suitable as a team event. It’s in your hands!
How do we redeem the common game code?
It’s simple: You use the same link for your game night. So you can all watch the game on your own screen in your own browser. If a fellow player clicks on something, you will also see the result on your screen. To do this, you use a video conferencing or chat program such as Skype, Zoom, Discord or similar to communicate with each other. Important: Make sure that you can hear the sound of the game.
Please note: The game “Animal Concert” is not suitable for multiplayer for technical reasons (and not available in english anyway).
We would like to play the Exit Game from different locations - is this possible with a code?
Of course. All you need is an internet-enabled computer, after purchasing the game (once) you all use the same link.

On which devices can I play the games?
As described in the texts, the games are only suitable for PCs and laptops.
Can I use a voucher for an escape room online?
Sure, that’s no problem: just enter it in the shopping cart. If this does not work, you may not have a voucher in your hand, but already have a game code. In this case, take a look at the question above.
Can I play the Online Exit Game more than once or pass it on?
No, each game code can only be used once. After you have played through the game, it can no longer be used. Would you like to try out another game with your family or friends? Then take a look around and decide on a new, exciting game!
Can I return or exchange the code for the game?
No. All online games cannot be exchanged or returned.
From what age are the games suitable?
With “Animal Concert”, we have an online game that was developed specifically for children and families – but it’s only available in german! It is best suited for the age group around 10 years (or younger depending on interests and playing experience).
