The gift of an Escape voucher is great in itself – but without the right packaging, it’s just a naked numerical code: get our elegant voucher card for just €2 shipping fee (only ships within Germany). The set consists of the card shown (high-quality print in the format of a bank card) with a matching sleeve in DIN A6 format.
Very important when ordering: Enter your postal address so that we can send you the card as quickly as possible.
The voucher cards will usually be sent out within two days at the latest. So please remember to order physical items as early as possible.
You can also get the gift card free of charge in our store by arrangement. Please contact us if required.
Our retro gift packaging

Want to give your gift an extra touch? Then order the stylish Spybrain retro packaging (see picture). It is a “good old” cassette case – but we have refrained from recording a cassette as a birthday greeting for you. You’d better do that yourself!
Add the retro packaging to your shopping cart and don’t forget to enter a postal address so that we can send it to you.
The purchase price of €5 includes postage. The voucher cards will usually be sent out within two days at the latest. So please remember to order physical items as early as possible. Alternatively, there is the possibility of personal collection by arrangement.
Note on shipping: We only ship “physical products” such as gift cards or packaging within Germany.
Purchase: four steps to get your gift
To ensure that you actually buy the voucher you want to give as a gift, we have summarized the purchase process for you here. It’s as simple as this:
- 1. select your desired voucher value in the store. You can choose the value of your voucher freely, or you can opt for one of the customized vouchers for fixed amounts.
- 2. add the voucher to the shopping cart.
- 3. if you would like a gift card or our retro packaging, add them to the shopping cart as well. Don't forget your postal address!
- 4. ready! You will receive an automatic email with the voucher code. This can be redeemed directly by the person receiving the gift. Physical products are posted after approx. 2 days.

You can use your voucher for our escape rooms in Cologne, but also for our online games.
- 1. select your desired date in our booking calendar.
- 2. or choose one of our online games.
- 3. add your game or event to the shopping cart.
- 4. enter your voucher code in the corresponding field ("You have a voucher or discount code?").

How do I redeem my voucher?
1. select your desired game or room and date in our store on our booking page (for the live escape rooms in Cologne) or digital escape games (for escape games online).
2. You can enter your voucher code in the shopping cart. It will be offset against the total amount.
Can I redeem the vouchers for all your products?
Yes, you can use a code purchased from us for one of our escape rooms in Cologne, or for our online games or other items.
The situation is different with discount codes and similar promotions. These can be linked to specific products or games.
Can I use several vouchers in one order?
Yes, this is usually possible with purchased vouchers.
However, this may not apply to discount vouchers or similar promotions, which cannot be combined.
How can I pay?

How do I choose my own amount?
Select this option to create your own individual voucher amount. Enter your desired value or use the buttons to set an amount between €10 and €200. The rest works in the same way as for vouchers with fixed amounts.
How long are the vouchers valid for?
Our escape room vouchers are valid for 3 years from the end of the year in which the voucher was issued.
Can I return my voucher?
No, an exchange is excluded.
